Passive engagement to active collaboration” is a neat turn of phrase emerging from OPM’s recent patient engagement seminar. “Amongst the lively discussion highlighting the need to include patients throughout the NHS, an emphasis was placed on shifting from passive engagement to active collaboration.” Easy to say, harder to do.
