The piece below is so true – and yet we still have Mid Staffs and other pockets in the NHS that have somehow forgotten that the NHS is for patients and the public. In my experience it is about culture and mindset. [just to be clear, I don’t think Angela Coulter and co. are stupid – far from it. Just paraphrasing Bill Clinton]
