“I have really enjoyed working with Judith over the last four years, during which she has chaired the Expert Advisory Committee (EAC) for the National Summary Care Record Programme of NHS Digital. Judith has been an extremely able and skilled chair of committee comprising a dynamic group of high-level representatives of national professional- and patient-representative organisations. Judith very quickly grasped the complexities involved in implementing and operating this national digital clinical information-sharing system.
