While four areas are highlighted below, the approach is holistic– the whole organisation needs to be aligned to deliver effective change. Strategy, change and culture

Sustainability and financial resilience combine strategy and focus with a review of your income generation profile, its strengths and challenges. How do you reduce costs, become more cost effective and maintain and develop services? How do you downsize and maintain motivation?

Patient, carer and public engagement in health

Are you wondering how best to involve patients, carers, citizens in your work? Are you fearful about what will result? Are you unsure where or how to start?

  • Support implementation of patient, carer and public engagement
  • Train and support staff in delivering patient, carer and public engagement.

Interim leadership

Do you need someone to “hold the fort” while you recruit? Or perhaps someone to lead change prior to a permanent solution? There are many reasons why an interim postholder may make sense.
