My main experience is charities in health and social care and disability, also some international development.  I have experience of a range of organisational set-ups, including federated, membership, branches and more.

I have experience with both small and large charities.

I have been a CEO of eight charities and in a range of leadership roles for over 25 years.  I have been Chair and trustee of a number of charities, been on two NHS Boards and a local authority councillor.

I have decided to return to doing shorter assignments after a number of interim roles.   I have done shorter assignments before – see my Blog page for comments about the crossover between interim and consultancy.
